Thanks to everyone who visited our stand at All-China Leather Exhibition in Shanghai. A wide variety of people connected with us, including old friends, certified facilities, and new clients. Our Managing Director, Jon Loxston, also conducted a presentation highlighting key changes at LWG AS designed to strengthen impartiality, consistency and transparency, including independent auditor assignment, auditor rotation, increased training, and technical oversight. The presentation also reminded attendees that certification is intended to support continual improvement, encouraging businesses to embed the standards into their day-to-day operations rather than preparing for certification only every two years. We enjoyed attending ACLE, and we look forward to continuing important conversations with interested facilities.
